WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, ONLY EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT. ALL SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. All items purchased on sale or with a promo code are considered “Final Sale” and cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit. Promo codes must be applied at check out to receive the discount. Promo codes can not be applied to previous orders. Items paid with store credit will only be exchanged ONCE. Only one time exchange per-order. The Spot Barbershop will ask the client for a government issued ID picture if their order shows fraud analysis. Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. RETURNED ITEMS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: We will gladly accept your return for an exchange or store credit within 14 business days of receiving your order.

ONLINE ORDERS: Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue store credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package to SHOP@THESPOTBARBERSHOP.COM

CONDITION, IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH TAGS ATTACHED.

THE ITEM MUST BE NEW, NOT WORN, UNALTERED, AND FREE OF ANY ODORS OR FRAGRANCES.

IF ITEM(S) DO NOT FIT THESE REQUIREMENTS, IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER AT HIS/HER EXPENSE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT, AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION, TO DETERMINE IF RETURNED MERCHANDISE IS IN SALE-ABLE.

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS – FOR U.S. ORDERS ONLY

FOR FULL PRICED ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE, PLEASE SUBMIT A REQUEST AT SHOP@THESPOTBARBERSHOP.COM WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM(S).

PLEASE PACK ALL ITEMS YOU ARE RETURNING AND INCLUDE YOUR ORIGINAL PACKING SLIP, NOTING THE ITEMS YOU ARE RETURNING. WE RECOMMEND YOU OBTAIN A RECEIPT OF YOUR DROP OFF AND/OR NOTE THE TRACKING NUMBER.

YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION ONCE YOUR ITEM IS RECEIVED BACK AT OUR MIAMI DISTRIBUTION CENTER. PLEASE ALLOW 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ALL EXCHANGES TO BE PROCESSED.
